Ridgefield Aquatic Club Seeks Full-Time Assistant Coach

Ridgefield Aquatic Club is seeking a full-time assistant swim coach with experience collaboration energy technical knowledge sound judgment and a genuine commitment to long-term athlete development. This position is at a private nonprofit coach-led parent-supported year-round USA Swimming club serving swimmers from pre-competitive development through national-level training. RAC competes within Connecticut Swimming. Compensation includes an annual base salary of 49000 to 55000 USD based on experience. Eligibility for a performance bonus up to 5000 USD.
